Ingredients
- 1/2 part lemon balm
- 1/2 part hibiscus
- 1 part linden
- 1 part hawthorn leaf and flower
Instructions
- 1 Tablespoon per 1-1/2 cups water
- Allow to sit in the sun for 2-3 hours
